Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Buffalo, MN is seeking a compassionate Phlebotomist to join our fast-paced healthcare team. In this role you will collect blood specimens, support diagnostic testing, and provide excellent patient service in a community hospital setting.

You will follow established phlebotomy procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and confidentiality while delivering high-quality specimens and timely results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to support staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to meet compliance requirements (Allina credentialing required; vaccinations required: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test. COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended).

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
