Job summary

Life Line Screening is seeking a Phlebotomist in Jacksonville, FL to join our community healthcare team. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of venipuncture in a high-volume setting and will review records, label samples, perform venipuncture and finger-sticks, and centrifuge samples per protocol.

You will cross-train in Medical Assistant duties, support patient care, and may drive a company vehicle. Eligible benefits include comprehensive coverage after 30 days and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year venipuncture experience in a high-volume setting.
• Precision phlebotomy and sample handling.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records for accuracy and completeness.
• Label and ensure all samples are accurately identified.
• Set up and prepare all equipment and supplies for venipuncture procedure.
• Venipuncture and finger-sticks.
• Centrifuge blood sample as outlined in protocol.
• Monitor patients for reactions and sample quality.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and customer service throughout.
• Sanitize and clean equipment and work areas between patients.
• Use PPE correctly to ensure safety.
