Life Line Screening, a leader in preventive healthcare, is seeking skilled phlebotomists to join their community healthcare team in a high-volume setting. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on venipuncture experience and be comfortable with centrifugation and sample handling.

Strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. A valid driver’s license is required for potential company vehicle duties, with comprehensive benefits and overtime opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on venipuncture experience.
• Experience with centrifuge and separating serum/plasma specimens.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to cross-train and perform additional health screening tasks.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Review patient records for accuracy and completeness.
• Label and ensure samples are accurately identified.
• Set up and prepare equipment for venipuncture procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and finger-sticks.
• Centrifuge blood samples following clinical protocol.
• Monitor patients for reactions and sample quality.
• Ensure confidentiality and comfort of patients throughout process.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas between patients.
• Use PPE correctly to protect coworkers and patients.
• Label transfer tubes and manage specimen handling and transport.
