Job summary

Life Line Screening is seeking a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our community health team. You will travel to different sites daily, performing venipuncture and related screenings while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of phlebotomy experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work in a fast-paced mobile environment. Comprehensive benefits and incentive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year phlebotomy experience with adult venipuncture.
• Customer-facing Medical Assistant duties experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
• Valid driver’s license and driving eligibility.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (ASCP/NHA/NPA/AMT).

Responsibilities

• Cross train and perform Medical Assistant duties including ABIndex, lab screening areas.
• Review participant records for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct venipuncture and finger-sticks as scheduled.
• Monitor patients for reactions and sample quality.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comfort throughout the process.
• Ensure sanitation and cleaning of equipment between patients.
• Pack and ship specimens to central lab daily when applicable.
