Job summary

Kittitas Valley Healthcare in Washington state is seeking a full-time phlebotomist to perform sample collections, order tests, and process laboratory specimens across KVH locations.

The role requires a High School Diploma, current WA MA-P/MA-C license (or CLIA training with MA-P certification within 6 months) and a current BLS card. Wage range is $20.61–$31.24 per hour, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Current Washington State MA-P or MA-C license (maintenance required) OR completion of a CLIA Lab Director approved on the job training with MA-P certification obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers card (maintenance required).

Responsibilities

• Sample collections, ordering tests, scheduling, processing all laboratory specimens and the performance of Point of Care and waived testing.
• Includes clerical and reception duties of lab.
• If in a clinic setting will register patients and obtain x-ray images.
• This position may require travel among all KVH locations.

• Compensation: USD 20.61 - USD 31.24 - hourly

What is required

• High School Diploma

Wage: Wage range currentlystarts at $20.61/hour and goes up to $31.24/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
