Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate Phlebotomist to join the Cookeville Donor Center team. You will interview donors for suitability to donate, perform mini-physicals, and conduct phlebotomy procedures.

The position includes calling a set number of donors daily as directed by management. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a phlebotomy certificate or prior experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience desired.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail are essential.
• Positive and caring attitude is preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility for weekends; some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Phlebotomiststo join our Cookeville, TN Donor Center team. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. This role also includes calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager's instructions. The pay for this position starts at $17 per hour.

Qualified Phlebotomistapplicants should possess:
