Job summary

Blood Assurance in Cookeville, TN is seeking compassionate, dependable Phlebotomists to join our Donor Center team. You will interview donors for suitability, perform mini-physicals, and collect blood by phlebotomy.

The role also includes calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager's instructions and maintaining a positive, caring demeanor. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with benefits including Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, generous PTO, 401K with company match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Positive and caring attitude.
• Scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including weekends.
• Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities
