Job summary

Blood Assurance seeks a compassionate, dependable full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join the Hermitage, TN Mobile Team. You will interview donors for suitability, perform mini physicals, and carry out phlebotomy duties. The role offers an hourly rate of $20/hour with schedule flexibility as days/hours vary; some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a phlebotomy certificate or prior experience. CDL is desirable.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate or prior phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Positive, caring attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interview donors for suitability to donate and perform phlebotomy.
• Conduct mini physicals as part of the donor screening process.
• Represent Blood Assurance on the Hermitage mobile team with professionalism.

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time MobilePhlebotomist to work on our Hermitage, TN Mobile Team. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. The hourly rate for this FULL-TIME position is $20/hour. Schedule flexibility is required for this position as the days/hours worked each week will fluctuate. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess

• a high school degree or equivalent,
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
• a positive, caring attitude and,
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evening and weekend hours
• may require overtime
• CDL license or the willingness and ability to get CDL license is desired
