Job summary

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time Mobile Phlebotomist to join the Hermitage, TN Mobile Team. You will interview donors, perform phlebotomy, and conduct mini physicals while maintaining excellent customer service. Flexible schedule and some overtime may be required, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Positive, caring attitude.
• Scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Overtime may be required.
• CDL license or willingness to obtain CDL is desired.

Responsibilities

Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time MobilePhlebotomistto work on ourHermitage, TN Mobile Team. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. The hourly rate for this FULL-TIME position is $20/hour. Schedule flexibility is required for this position as the days/hours worked each week will fluctuate.Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess:

• a high school degree or equivalent,
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
• a positive, caring attitude and,
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including evening and weekend hours
• may require overtime
• CDL license or the willingness and ability to get CDL license is desired
