The Opportunity

Are you passionate about healthcare and skilled at connecting with patients? We are seeking a flexible, as-needed PRN Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. This role offers flexibility, diverse work environments, and the chance to impact people’s health directly.

What We Do

We provide health screening services at various locations through three main types of events:

  • Biometric Screenings: height, weight, waist measurements, body fat, blood pressure
  • Fingerstick Events: blood samples via lancets with biometric screening
  • Venipuncture Events: blood draws with needles, centrifuging samples as needed

At All Events:

  • Staffed with skilled phlebotomists
  • Roles may include registration, biometric screening, blood drawing, or a combination
  • Onsite training provided for event flow and equipment use
  • Setup and teardown of equipment under supervision
  • Dress code: black scrubs and closed-toe shoes
  • Paid virtual pre-event training via Microsoft Teams

Your Impact

What You Bring

  • Current Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification or equivalent
  • Valid state licensure if required
  • Experience in blood collection and biometric measurements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required
  • Comfort with technology (iPads)
  • Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking during shifts
  • Lifting supplies up to 25 pounds
