Iconma,-Llc. is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater for Eden Prairie, MN. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and communicating procedures to patients in a trustful, professional setting.

The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma, 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatrics) and data-entry ability; CSC environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections (at least 1 year pediatrics).
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard / data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in.
• Draws blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing per established procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and performs blood draws in a skilled, safe, and accurate manner.
• Performs daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment.
• Performs collection and processing duties following established practices.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
