Iconma,-Llc. is seeking a Phlebotomist - Floater for Eden Prairie, MN. The role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for testing, and communicating procedures to patients in a trustful, professional setting.

The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma, 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatrics) and data-entry ability; CSC environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections (at least 1 year pediatrics).
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard / data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Phlebotomist -Floater for their Eden Prairie, MN location.

Responsibilities:

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
• Direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
• Performs daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintains a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.

Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections (at least 1 year of pediatrics)
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred
• Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred
• Must have keyboard / data entry experience
• MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID/Flu, TB
