Job summary

Labcorp in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, collecting specimens for drug screens, and accurate data entry. Travel to additional sites is required as needed.

The role requires phlebotomy certification or equivalent training, with 2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred. A PST Incentive Plan bonus may apply, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or phlebotomy certification or training; or 3+ months as a phlebotomist
• Preferred: 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
• Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Travel to additional sites when needed
