Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT).
• 1+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred, with geriatrics and pediatrics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, pregnancy tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
