LCH Lab. Corp. of America Holdings is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join their team in Overland Park, KS. This role involves performing blood collections for various tests, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate logs of patient information.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and prefer 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Training programs or certifications from accredited agencies are accepted, along with a valid driver's license.

As a Float Phlebotomist, you will gain extensive experience while working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This role allows you to develop your skills and set the stage for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization.
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement.
Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
