Labcorp in Novi, MI is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and specimen processing for a diverse patient population. The role requires accuracy in data entry and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Part time, 3AM-7AM, Monday-Thursday and Saturday week one; Sunday, Monday and Wednesday-Friday week two. Travel to additional sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months or more phlebotomist experience.
• Preferred: Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 6 months or more phlebotomist experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
