Job summary

Labcorp in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring a Part Time Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain specimens and patient records with care.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service and reliable, independent work in a fast-paced clinical setting. Schedule is Monday-Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm with potential for additional site travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
