OneBlood is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and donor blood collection in a fast-paced setting in Kissimmee, FL. The role requires following FDA and AABB standards and providing professional customer service.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should be able to read and follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand and follow documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with recruitment of potential donors.
