• Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent; post HS education through accredited phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Licensure: PBT (ASCP) Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood and other specimens for laboratory testing according to physician's orders.
• Verify patient identification.
• Prepare skin site and perform venipunctures according to aseptic techniques.
• Label specimens and transport to Laboratory for analysis.
