Job summary

Qualifications

• Hs diploma or GED required for entry.
• Phlebotomy training program completed; experience preferred.
• May require Indiana driver’s license and good driving history.

• Ability to use telephone and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
