Job summary

A-Team Solutions is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist for the VA clinic in Silverdale, WA. The position offers day shifts Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4pm, performing venipuncture on outpatient veterans and ensuring accurate accessioning of specimens.

You will log orders, comply with VA and CAP regulations, and follow SOPs, while communicating daily status and issues to team members and senior management. A High School diploma and NAACLS-certified training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required for the position.
• Completion of a NAACLS-certified phlebotomy training program.
• PBT or ASCP eligibility within 3 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture procedures on outpatient veterans.
• Accession and process laboratory specimens in accordance with VA and CAP regulations.
• Greet and log specimen orders for outpatient veterans.
