Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking skilled phlebotomists with corporate wellness experience to support on-site employee health screening events. The role is an independent contractor (1099) with early morning and weekday hours, performing fingerstick and venipuncture as part of biometric screening teams.

You will collect anthropometric data, operate Cholestech/CardioChek equipment, document results, and assist with emergencies while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy or medical assistant program completion preferred.
• Nursing program completion preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Current phlebotomy and/or medical certification preferred or as required by state regulations.
• Experience obtaining anthropometric measurements (BP, height, weight, BMI).

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process.
• Perform phlebotomy and use Cholestech LDX/CardioChek equipment.
• Record screening data on paper forms or electronic tablets.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and transport of screening equipment.
• Respond to medical emergencies per protocol and provide CPR if needed.
