Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking a Biometric Health Screener for corporate events. This PRN/1099 role involves assisting at wellness events across the region to conduct biometric screenings for employees.

Responsibilities include welcoming participants, taking measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and performing fingerstick blood collection with Cholestech/CardioChek devices. CPR/BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established screening protocols.
• Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events.
• Comfortable interacting professionally with employees in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming participants and guiding them through the screening process
• Measuring height and weight
• Measuring resting blood pressure
• Performing fingerstick capillary blood collection
• Using Cholestech LDX and/or CardioChek equipment to measure cholesterol and glucose
• Recording screening results accurately using tablets or paper forms
• Helping participants understand the screening process
• Maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality
• Following infection-control and safety procedures
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
