Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training or 3+ months experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs of patient and specimen data.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients; perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
• Travel to additional sites when required.
