SolutionHealth is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist in Nashua, NH. Varying shifts cover offsites, draw stations and inpatient phlebotomy with weekend/holiday rotation. Phlebotomy experience is required, and certification is preferred.

The role includes patient registration, central processing, specimen collection, and documentation of quality through laboratory protocols. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomy Certification is preferred.
• A minimum of one to three years of laboratory experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collect, receive, and sort specimens.
• Draw blood using proper technique and verify patient identity.
• Enter patient information and orders into the information systems.
• Perform centrifuging, labeling, storage, and retrieval of specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and ensure specimen integrity.
• Maintain competency in phlebotomy procedures and protocols.
