Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center’s Laboratory is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist for per diem, varied shifts in Nashua, NH. The role includes patient registration, central processing, phlebotomy, and specimen handling.

You’ll draw blood, ensure patient identification, prepare specimens, and maintain quality documentation. A High School diploma is required; phlebotomy certification is preferred; 1–3 years lab experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of Laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, and sort specimens.
• Draw blood using proper technique and identify patients.
• Record patient information and laboratory orders into the information systems.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain specimen integrity.
