Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The role requires collecting blood samples for all ages, accurate data entry, and patient-focused service at a client office location.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with potential overtime. A high school diploma and phlebotomy certification or equivalent training are required; color vision testing is also required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
