Labcorp in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accurate data entry and patient records.

Travel to additional sites may be required, and a strong focus on exceptional customer service is essential. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a phlebotomy certification or equivalent training; 3+ years of phlebotomy experience is preferred, with 5+

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program (accredited).
3+ years experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
