Sanford Health, Bemidji, MN, is seeking a PRN phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. You will perform phlebotomy on patients across all ages and ensure accurate documentation of blood draws in patient charts.
The role requires completion of a formal phlebotomy program, with BLS certification preferred. Training may be required for candidates with limited phlebotomy experience. This PRN position supports our Lake Country community with weekday daytime shifts and patient-centered care.

Summary Uses equipment to collect samples of blood and other fluids from patients/residents; explains procedures to patients/residents and collects information from them in a professional manner.
Collects and manages samples of blood and specimens from patients/residents; ensures patient/resident safety during the sample collection process. Records and documents patient/resident information accurately. Follows all standard procedures and safety regulations; deploys asepsis techniques during phlebotomy procedures. Communicates with patients/residents, collecting their health information and answering their questions regarding phlebotomy procedures.
