Job summary

The American Red Cross in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a phlebotomy support role at fixed site locations. You will work with donors to create a welcoming environment and follow safety procedures to collect lifesaving blood donations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy weights and long hours are expected.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
