The Opportunity
As a One Medical Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist (phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. Flex team members support multiple locations in a market.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. You have a strong grasp of verbal and written communication. You are able to identify opportunities and deliver on customer-centric solutions while using empathy, focus, and compassion in all interactions with patients and teammates. You bring self-awareness to your daily work to utilize your strengths and develop your areas of opportunity. The range for this role is $27.00 to $29.00 per hour based on a standard full-time schedule. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such as skill sets, depth of experience, and work location. This is a full time role (40 hrs/week) with 8 hr shifts generally taking place between 7.30am and 6.30pm Monday-Friday in the 2 Embarcadero, 4 Embarcadero, 110 Sutter and 559 Clay Street offices in San Francisco, CA. Schedule and location vary according to need.
