Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist for a medical facility in Flower Mound, TX 75022. This is a 3-month assignment with the potential for extension or conversion. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay of $20–$22/hr on a W-2 basis.

The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and interacting with patients in a respectful, professional manner. Travel to multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture; maintain records.
