Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Phlebotomist in Grapevine, TX 76051 on a contract basis with a strong possibility of conversion to full-time. The role runs CST 7AM-5PM, Monday through Friday with Saturdays rotated, for a 3-4 month+ assignment at $21.32–$24.79 per hour.

Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary blood collection from patients of all ages, specimen processing and EKG administration, and accurate order entry with data verification from appropriate sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pediatrics phlebotomy experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience required

Responsibilities

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups
• Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources.
