Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, IA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the patient-focused laboratory team. The role collects specimens from inpatients, outpatients, and emergencies, with a weekend day shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Prior phlebotomy experience is preferred; high school diploma required; CNA/EMT skills not required but welcome to apply. PTO starts on day one, and you'll work in a compassionate, community-focused hospital environment.

Lake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking Phlebotomist to deliver the best possible medical care in LRH’s patient-focused setting.
Staff member of the laboratory department who collects specimens from inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients. Position involves phlebotomy/blood drawing for patient treatment; prior experience in phlebotomy is preferred.
Performs clerical duties of completing and ordering laboratory requests, answers the phone, and compiles statistical data.
Performs waived status laboratory testing as directed by Director of Laboratory.
High School diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in hospital or medical setting preferred, experience in phlebotomy preferred.
CNA or EMT skills are not required but welcomed to apply.
