This role contributes to timely and efficient laboratory workflows by coordinating lab order activation, verifying documentation, and preparing samples for in-house testing or courier transport. Working closely with laboratory and clinical team members, the Phlebotomist interacts directly with patients to provide compassionate, professional specimen collection while maintaining strict adherence to identification and infection-control procedures. Through strong attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration across care teams, this role helps support reliable diagnostic outcomes and a patient-centered laboratory environment.
