Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital is seeking a Phlebotomist I to accurately collect and handle patient specimens for diagnostic testing. The role covers venipuncture, capillary draws, PIVO, and throat swabs across outpatient, ED, inpatient, and newborn units.

You will follow safety regulations, mentor new staff, and participate in special projects while maintaining organized workflows and clean workspaces. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience, training, or national certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work independently.

Phlebotomist I

Salary

$18.94 - $24.62 per hour, depending on experience.
