Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess donor suitability
• Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions
• Monitor donor health and equipment to ensure safety and quality
• Set up, operate, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines
• Dispose of contaminated equipment properly
