Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in assessing donor suitability
• Build rapport with donors to ensure their happiness and maintain confidentiality
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions
• Monitor donor health and equipment to ensure safety and product quality
• Set up, operate, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines
• Properly dispose of contaminated equipment
