Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team in Big Rapids, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The role involves completing Insurance Medical Exams as a mobile service, with your office being your home. You will travel to clients to perform blood draws and related tasks. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to set your own hours and workload. It is an Independent Contract position.

Responsibilities
  1. Collect and store blood samples from patients.
  2. Distribute samples to designated departments.
  3. Monitor storage and inventory of supplies.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  5. Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. 1-2 years of practical Phlebotomy experience.
  2. Residency in Michigan.
  3. Experience taking vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure).
  4. Computer literate.
  5. Detail-oriented and reliable transportation.
  6. Ability to pass a federal background check.
  7. Excellent communication skills and organization.
