Base pay range

$17.75/hr - $19.75/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Miami, FL! This is a 5 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Miami, FL US 33176

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 5:30am–2:30pm
• Rotational Saturdays 6:00am–10:30am

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17.75-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols.
• Provide clear explanations to patients to create a supportive and professional experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and specimen labeling.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Adhere to all compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain reliability by being on time, available for scheduled shifts, and minimizing absenteeism.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED due to heavy patient volume.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
