Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and specimen processing at a medical clinic, delivering exceptional patient service across all ages.

You will collect specimens for a range of tests, enter patient data, and assist with billing while maintaining accurate logs. The role may require travel to additional sites and offers growth opportunities and quarterly incentive bonuses where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification, training, or 6+ months experience preferred.
• Color vision test and flexible hours required.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
