Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Dunn, NC! This is a 2 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Dunn, NC 28334

Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 32 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-22/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical specimen collections
  • Accurately label specimens in the presence of the patient and obtain patient signature post-venipuncture
  • Verify patient demographics and specimen information before processing
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
  • Maintain required records, documentation, and logs
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors and organizational commitment

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
