Job description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Pinecrest, FL! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Pinecrest, FL 33156

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Rotational Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-22/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections (including pediatric and geriatric patients)
• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data accuracy
• Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Complete daily activities accurately and on time under supervision

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
