We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a client office. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Opportunities for growth within the organization are available.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Work Location:

Crossville, TN

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
2. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
3. Accurately and promptly enter patient information.
4. Process billing information and collect payments when required.
5. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
6. Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
7. Provide superior customer service to all patients.
8. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
9. Travel to additional sites when needed.
10. Collect samples from pediatric and adult patients.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
3. Previous experience as a phlebotomist.
4. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently or in a team.
7. Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
8. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable.
9. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
10. Able to pass a color blindness test.

Additional Information:

PSTs may be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
