Phlebotomist – We Train

Pay scale of $18.81 - $24.04 per hour. This position is eligible to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• An interest in making a difference in the world
• Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable

Our ideal phlebotomist is patient, reliable, and committed to keeping our donors comfortable and happy.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
2. Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while maintaining donor confidentiality.
3. Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
4. Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
5. Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
6. Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
