Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a phlebotomist to support the Laboratory department with specimen collection, processing, and LIS data entry. The role includes venipuncture, pneumatic tube handling, and basic quality control tasks in a high-demand hospital setting.

• Manages collection, acceptance, receipt and processing of all specimens into the Laboratory department(s).
• Attend to samples received through pneumatic tube stations.
• Performs specimen collection (venipuncture, capillary puncture).
• Complete computerized registration of patient samples using Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Complete basic quality control steps. Perform reagent and disposable inventory management tasks.
