Parkridge Medical Center is seeking a Phlebotomist to perform blood collection procedures and manage specimen processing in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role includes answering department phones, inventory tasks, and coordinating collections as needed within the Laboratory Services team.
Responsibilities include preparing and processing samples for testing and reference laboratory testing, ensuring accurate handling and timely delivery to the lab.

The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood collection procedures within areas of competency. Receives and processes laboratory specimens, answers department phone, inventory and receives supplies. When acting as the Laboratory Assistant, in addition to Phlebotomist duties, responsible to coordinate collections among Phlebotomist. Prepare and process samples for testing and reference lab testing.
