Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team across multiple sites in Monte Vista, Center, San Luis, Moffat and Antonito within Alamosa County, CO. The role involves venipuncture collections, specimen handling, and delivering excellent patient service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training is preferred, with 1+ year experience. Travel to additional sites may be required, and a quarterly incentive bonus program is available.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Medicals Clinics in Monte Vista, Center, San Luis, Moffat and Antonito, in Alamosa County, CO. 81101.

Work Schedule

40 H/P/W: 1 Site per Day: Monday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am - 4:00pm, Thursday 7:30am - 3:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program


• 1 year or more experience as a Phlebotomist


• 1 or more years of experience with pediatric through geriatric patients

Additional Job Standards

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency


• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test


• Flexibility to work overtime as needed


• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service


• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal


• Ability to work independently or in a team environment


• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

*QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM*: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $18.29 to $28.49 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
