Job summary

HCA Healthcare seeks a Phishing Test Administrator to lead the annual phishing testing program and collaborate with Cyber Defense Center and IPS leaders. You will manage vendor relationships, develop training content, and design dashboards to monitor phishing testing results across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes data management, education outreach, and ongoing process maturity in Information Protection & Security. Bachelor’s degree is required; three+ years in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Three or more years in information security, psychology, training/education, data management or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with phishing testing management platforms and Webex Meetings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual phishing testing program plan.
• Collaborate with IPS leaders, Cyber Defense Center, and stakeholders on testing strategies and education best practices.
• Manage relationship with phishing testing vendor.
• Write and edit education materials related to phishing testing.
• Own and manage phishing testing data, including data analysis and sharing.
• Design and maintain IPS phishing testing dashboard.
• Create and send education emails with results to colleagues.
• Partner with Workforce Behavior team to develop training related to phishing testing.
• Manage the IPS mailbox and respond to questions daily.
• Analyze phishing testing data to identify opportunities to mature Information Protection & Security processes.
• Update phishing testing-related Atlas Connect sites.
• Cross-train with team members to learn key roles.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant concepts, tools, and trends.

Job Summary And Qualifications

• Develop and executive on annual Phishing Testing Program plan and Phishing Testing Follow-Up Program.
• Consult and collaborate with IPS leaders, our Cyber Defense Center, and other internal and external stakeholders on phishing testing and education strategies and best practices that further our maturity and reduce risk.

• Design and maintain IPS Phishing Testing dashboard.
• Create and send education emails with results to colleagues.
• Partner with Workforce Behavior team members to develop and implement training related to phishing testing.
• Manage the IPS mailbox and respond daily to colleague and stakeholder questions.
• Conduct analysis of phishing testing and mailbox evidence and related data to identify areas of opportunity to mature Information Protection & Security processes across the enterprise.
• Update phishing testing-related Atlas Connect sites.
• Cross-train with other team members to learn key roles.
• Maintain and grow knowledge of relevant concepts, tools, and industry trends by participating in appropriate educational opportunities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred
• Three or more years in information Security, psychology, training/education, data management or related field
