We seek consultants who can manage diverse foundation projects, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 3+ years for Associate Consultant and 5+ years for Consultant in project management, strategy, qual research, and organizational development.
• Strongly preferred: experience in philanthropy and consulting.
• Demonstrated commitment to DEI and progressive social change.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to interface with clients clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project work scopes and budgets.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, and summarize data for clients.
• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Support foundations in governance, strategy, and program design.
• Collaborate across teams and with foundation partners.
